I am on 200 mg luvox/day. I have written that before. Chairman Mao do you know how much Dostinex I must take to cure the sexual dysfunction from Luvox? Anyone else who know what to do against SSRI anorgasmia?

You may get relief with as little as 500mcg twice weekly or 250mcg daily. I found that if I used it every day, the pro-sexual benefits waned, so you may want to take a small dose daily and then take more on the weekends or when you feel you will have a sexual encounter. Another med that is more suited to PRN use is apomorphine (Uprima). But I am also on an opioid and Nardil. I have a feeling that cabergoline could counteract the anti-sexual effects of a mere SSRI a lot more effectively than that of my med combo, so you may get great results indefinitely dosing daily. It is safe to use up to around 8mg daily, so don't worry about raising the dose. Just watch for peripheral edema, the main side effect. Also watch for altered mental status (hallucinations, strange thoughts)--not very likely at the doses you'll be using.
