I don't know what to do about Seroquel. I've been taking it since November, and it's been pretty good for sleep. Usually I've taken 100mgs, occassionally more, and only 50 while I was on Cymbalta.
Lately I've been considering going up to help more with sleep and with agitation and possibly depression (?).... but it just makes me way too tired. If I take 150 or 200, I can sleep for 11 or 12 hours sometimes, and still feel tired. I hate that. I really can't stand feeling like that. Even at 100 I feel tired lately too, which hasn't always been the case, but it still takes hours to fall asleep.
So I've also been considering just going off it. I could go back to trazodone for sleep, which is much cheaper and possibly not as exhausting.
I read somewhere that the exhaustion wears off if you stay on a higher dose of S for a while, but I don't know if that's true. Has that happened for anyone?
I'm just not sure what to do.

I worked with a pdoc who took trazadone for sleep. She swore by it. Fondly, Phillipa
