My doctor recently switched my medication from Zoloft 250 mg to Effexor XR 75 mg. I have been on this medication for 2 weeks and have noticed that I have trouble setting still at work and my fingers are stiff when I type. Also I have experienced a heavy, warm feeling on my left side just above the breast area. Are these just side effects of this drug? I would appreciate any comments.

>I am also a newbie. Thanks for responding. I have also been having weird dreams. I cant explain it but they seem so real and I wake up feeling like they actually happened. It's been 3 weeks since I started this med. It's hard to say if I feel better or not. All I know is that I am more mellow than usual and I'm not as social. What mg did you start out with?
