RIght now, im looking outside, i live in Dallas Texas, its very gloomy and fog, on the ground. I hate this kind of scene, im going into the bathroom and locking it...

Matt-
The feeling of being observed sounds like paranoia. Do you think that the stress of studying and any of the meds you take contribute to this feeling? I really think you need a concise diagnosis. Be honest with your dr. and try to establish a good relationship with one pdoc, if you haven't allready. You mentioned that you have tried some antipsychotics. Have you tried abilify? Get a good regiment and stick with it.

My stepfather always got that paranoia when his Adderall wore off.
Just try to be aware of it tho, he always denied it and now they're divorced. :/
