Ritalin/Concerta VS Adderal - pro-sociability

Ok I find Adderall very pro-social. How is it with Ritalin/Concerta ? Do they differ much? I'd appreciate any experiences with Ritalin and ppl who have social anxiety. Oh and btw. does Ritalin/Concerta help with depression?
