Kind of weird please read let me explain how i feel.. plse read sry long i know but plse read and reply if you can..
When i go into shops etc my head feels kind of dizzy feels like i am gonna pass out, and when i am cuing i want to just leave and i feel the counteer is taken her time serving me not purposly but cus shes so slow etc and i feel weird panicky ???.. get me?
All the time the world seems dark and dim even when its light?
I am looking more into things lately, cant really explain what cus i can not seem to hold a thought or understand a thought.
I am mellow yet worried if you get me.. i dont care about anything that happens around me much.. i dread changes though..
Things are frightening me, someone knocks on the door, frightens me, fone rings frightens me, get an email sometimes my hrt is racing .. certain tv programms/films frighten me, i can not watch horrors anymore cus i fear thats gonna happen to me like..
am i in a dream? well i dunno cus today my broadband went down i rang my isp and hung up cus i thought whats the point?
I see an occupational therapist, goto mind with group of fellow anxiety/depression sufferers NO MEDS as i have had bad experiences with them and physc told me to not go on anymore give myself a yr? its been 6-7 mnths now med free after 2 yrs on 30mg remeron.. and ive suffered ever since.. think i had some sort of a mental break down not sure..
i am unable to focus on whats wrong with me.. i think i may be in some kind of a trance, nothing is happening around me, i dont feel nothing.
do you know what i mean? i can not express myself to ppl cus all i get is you need to go out more.. BUT i go out more now than i used to and i was never like this before.. wat gives?

Yes, I know exactly how you feel.
You feel like you are "floating" or like you have a high fever? Just a weird, dream, bizarre like state.
It sounds like you have anxiety with some depersonalization. I've had both and you describe my symptoms to a tee.
Obviously, there is some depression as well- they all seem to go hand in hand.
I think the weird feeling is probably the most disturbing (at least for me) because you feel soooo weird and so foreign to even yourself.
It's misery and a mental torment that people can't comprehend unless they've felt it.
It's almost like being in a completely dark room where you can see a window far, far away with lights and people moving around in the world. You can remember once being out there (outside of the dark room) and remember being "normal" but now, you are so far away from of it, you have no idea how to get back there.
Then of course, your biggest fear is that this feeling will not ever leave and you will feel this way forever..
You wonder if you are going insane and think that death might make all this go away.
Is that how you feel?
Because of it is, then please know you are not alone.

Very well said Spriggy. I can fully relate to your feelings. I think that besides anxiety and depression, agoraphobia [fear of the marketplace], is included, as well as panic attack. That spaced out feeling that occurrs when you go someplace like especially Walmart. I hate that store! Again, well said. Fondly Phillipa
