zebra syndromes?

Posted by CareBear04 on February 5, 2005, at 18:32:03

has anyone actually suffered from seratonin syndrome, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, or anticholinergic syndrome? many of my drugs affect seratonin, and many others have anticholinergic and neuroleptic effects. the neuroleptics scare me the most. has anyone had tardive dyskenesia? it seems to me that it occurs most frequently in schizophrenics who have been on high-dose neuroleptics for decades, and maybe there are not many people who meet that description on this board. thoughts?

Yes, I've experienced serotonin syndrome a few times from combining and taking too much of some drugs. It's an aweful feeling and sleep or relaxation is out of the question. mild hallucinations, muscle jerking, and extreme agitation or irritability

Did you get dizzy with low blood pressure? Did you feel a tightness or rigidity around your torso mid-section?

Thanks.
