Dr. Bob; I was trying to figure out what lmg of klonopin was equal to in Xanax, and Valium. Went to your charts and I'm confused. First part says that .25klonopin is equal to 5mg of valium. This would mean that lmg of klonopin=20mg of valium. Further down the page it says that 2mg of klonopin would =l0mg of valium. This says to me that lmg of klonopin is = to 5mg of valium. I know it sounds confusing, but it is. Would really like to know what lmg of klonopin is equal to in valium. I hope you can help I'm totally confused. Thanks Phillipa.

From what i know, 0.5mg of klonopin is = to 10mg of valium. so the first chart sounds right.

I've been taking benzos for over 20 years.
For me, personally, 1 mg of Klonopin is equal to 20 mg of Valium. At this time, I'm taking 0.25 mg of Klonopin twice a day.I think most people take way too much Klonopin and then complain about sedation and confusion.
