I have not heard anything bad about Zoloft. Was at pdoc's today and he agreed with me on continuing to wean off Cymbalta to get a baseline of how I feel. When talking to his secretary, she told me she was currently on Zoloft and had no side effects from it. She also said she had gone off it for some months, and went back on it when her husband died. It again worked for her and she is still taking it and feeling fine. I know other people who have taken it and have nothing negative to say about it. It's been around for a long time. If I need to go on another medilcation I am considering this one as I took it in very small amts years ago when I was sick with flu and didn't give it a fair trial. Anyone have any exlperience with this drug? Thanks Phillipa

Hi!
I know that this won't be of any help to you but I just wanted to say that in England the brand name for sertraline (Zoloft) is Lustral- a somewhat inappropriate name for a drug that often causes sexual dysfunction!!
Have you done well on other SSRIs?
