This has been the most puzzling phenomenon to try and identify. All definitions I have found sound about the same. Well, in my vision things are often too bright especially under artifical lighting, blurry, fuzzy, and I feel disoriented alot. But I know myself in the mirror, objects do not move or glitter, nothing looks cartoon-like, misshapen or artifical. Does my experience fit this condition? The definitons I find on the net have such a broad spectrum they could fit about anyone. I am pretty new off benzos and I know my body chemistry is not right.
