can someone please tell me a good med that won't effect libido of the abillity to orgasm that will also help anxiety? I have taken Paxil (I went 5 years without an orgasm), tried Wellbutrin (makes me really mean and sends me into angry rages), and finally I am on Lexapro (can't have an orgasm no matter what I do.) I can't stand the thought of going forever without a sex life so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest considering the tricyclic nortriptyline, which has pretty mild side effects for a tricyclic and typically little or no sexual side effects, particularly when compared to SSRIs. I believe this is also a relatively good med for anxiety. It could actually be added right to the Lexapro if your doctor knows what he's doing and is willing to monitor blood plasma levels, but I don't know if it would be able to counteract the negative sexual effects of an SSRI taken simultaneously. My own experience with nortriptyline involved just taking it by itself.Todd

Hi!!!
.......But you're taking Remeron too so that might cancel out the anorgasmia that Zoloft often induces on its own.

Benzodiazepines had no effect on sex at all !, while all 6 SSRis I tried + Clomipramine + Effexor made me sexless !! (Tried lots of remedies with no result)
