What are peoples experiences with Cymbalta in terms of sexual side effects? Lilly states that it has a lot less -- but my experience is that it is the same as all other atypical AD's. I've recenly toyed with the idea of going on low dose Remeron and using Concerta or Adderall to couteract the sedation / weight gain associated with Remeron -- thoughts?

I am on a normal dose (30mgs) of remeron and was on a low dose of wellbutrin. That kept a lot of the weight off. I subsequently stopped the wellbutrin and piled on another 15lbs.
Beware, remeron can have its own sexual side effects. If I was able (no health insurance at the moment) I'd like to try a cymbalta/TCA combo.
Just my rambling thoughts.
