Typically, does lithium tend to cause a bad and/or long-lasting withdrawal syndrome when discontinued, or is it fairly benign in that regard?
What are the discontinuation effects generally like?
Thanks.

I've never experienced withdrawal. I've discontinued it a few times.

I found that I get agitated when i decrease lithium. I am really jumpy too, like sensitivity to loud noises, kind of some of the symptoms of magnesium deficiancy.
