Has anyone taken Zonegran for any reason?
I'm thinking about trying it.
Any comments about side effects, efficacy, etc would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi yesac,
Yes, I take Zonegran, 200mg for BPII. Works really well for me. I also take Effexor Xr. I have no side effects at all. I experienced tiredness when starting it, which went away as my body adjusted to the med.
Let me know if you have any further questions,
Sooshi

I am considering switching from prozac/wellbutrin to effexor/topamax...How is the combo you are on with weight and fatigue? (since I know zonegran and topamax are similar)
I have tried topamax in the past and it makes me stupid so zonegran may be better....thanks :-)
