Doing okay with zoloft and a pinch of lamictal and lithium, but I need some focus and motivation. Adding wellbutrin does help ... but wondering if there is anything better like mirapex, provigil, good old TCA? Thanks so much ....

> SmithI'd try 10mg/day of nortriptyline and wait two or three weeks before increasing it to 20 or 25mg. The Zoloft will inhibit metabolism of the nort. so you won't need much. Get a blood draw at some point for the NT(make sure it isn't too high). I've found it a good combo in the past. You could try desipramine instead (I got a lot worse side effects from it though-but others report fewer with desip). Provigil-haven't tried it-too expensive.
