Hi, I just upped my dosage of Lexapro to 20 mgs. last night. Feeling a bit panicky today. Doc gave me Klonopin which has helped alot. Has anyone felt panic get better on 20 mgs. of Lexapro?

My daughter took Lexapro for several months and went from 10mg to 40mg. She felt GREAT!!!, but......it put around 10pds. on her, and she is now on Welbutrin and Topamax. -L
