I started on 30 mg of Cymbalta. How are dose increases handled? 60 all at once in morning or staggered through day? Thanks -

I took 30 in the morning for a week - then I just started with 30 in the morning 30 at night - nothing so far-just have to wait and see--

I'm starting Cymbalta and my pdoc told me to start 30mg either morning or night then in a week increase to 60mg (taken in one dose).

Several doctors I've talked to are trying single dosing first and if that isn't working go to twice daily dosing.
