at night. i take the k to help sleep. but it really doesn't do the trick. it helps with panic attacks though. but i think it's doing more harm than good. i don't respond to mood stabilizers well. they do the oposite to me.since k is an anti convulsant i think it's messing me up. anyhow, to my question. a friend of mine has some ambien and i'm wondering if i can take them with the usual 2mg of klonopin or should i just take 1 klonopin? i'm desperate to sleep. it's so hard to go to sleep. oh, and if i take the geodon in the morning, it makes me too tired during the day. right now i start out like a bang then peter out in the afternoon then nerves shot from exhaustion. but hate going to bed cuz i lay there for so long. I just can't win.Kathi

I'm with you at 2am. I take my Geodon right when I think I'm going to fall asleep (and that's my only dose). I use dramamine to sleep, which works as long as I don't get stupid and do caffeine.
