Phosphatydl serine...feeling stimulated??? Help

Posted by sac on September 19, 2004, at 12:48:48

Hi, I just recently started Phosphatydl serine to lower high cortisol level. I'm also taking lithium and Prozac to manage BPII. My question is I feel a bit racy since starting the PS and bordering on manic. Is this supposed to be stimulating? I thought it would calm me down. Although it is helping tremendously with fatigue and memory problems I have been having. I'm taking 200 mgs. 2 x day. Any inputs??Thanks -Stacey
