concerta absorption

Has anyone experienced this with Concerta.
When I have it on an empty stomach it works much better than when I take it with food.
Its says that absorption is not effected with food.

I also take prozac and reboxetine at the same time with concerta in the morning.
doesn't anybody think that is asking too much for CYP450 2D6 to process all at one time and the interaction might make concerta less effective.
