I take 200 mgs of seroquel at night for sleep. Doses lower than 200 mg don't put me to sleep.
How long does seroquel stay in my system the next day? It seems to wear off at around 3 pm the next day. I've read that seroquel's halflife of 6 hours isn't the same as it's drug receptor occupancy or it's levels in the cns. If it wears off at 3 pm the next day it means that seroquel can work for up to 12 to 14 hours after taking it.
This is the end of the thread.
