I went on Depakote 500 mg and was a zombie but it helped with the agitataion. I'm having a hard time at work and I'm sick of it. I need to be as clear headed as I can, or I'm just incompetent and useless. I'm coming off the depakot 100 mg and ill bring the klonopin from 1 mg a day to 1/2. I'll still have the 20 mg Lexapro. This stuff doesn't help you it puts your mind to sleep so you can't feel life or think. I'd rather stop it all and damn the consequences.

hello there, chemist here...i had a brief run of depakote that was just as yours, and i dumped it, quick. might you keep the klonopin steady until the taper of depakote is done? it's not a bad withdrawl, yet you might want to go one drug at a time, and reducing klonopin with increase your agitation. do consult with your doctor, and if mood stabilization is still a large factor, perhaps lamictal (i have not tried it, and reports are mixed yet skewed favourably, it seems) or trileptal (i have used it with success). again, one at a time, you don't want more trouble than you already have....keep us informed, and all the best, chemist
