I am on Dalmane 30mg for sleep for the past 25 years. Six months ago I was put on Lexapro 5 and then 10mg a day for mild depression and GAD. My side effect was severe NUMB tongue!!! Forest Pharmaceuticals confirmed the side effect. I weaned off Lexapro 5 weeks ago. I still have numb tingling tongue but it has reduced by 50%. Anyone know how long these side effects can last??? Thanks

I have been tapering but I have not experienced that side effect. I just feel tired, and hazy, and sometimes some mild nausea bu that's it. I wish I could help further...sorry.
