How much niacinamide should one take to prevent allergic responses (such as cholinergic urticaria)? I'm currently taking 150 mg. of it in my multiple and B-complex with no other niacin, which I'm assuming isn't very much.
Would the dosage you're recommending make me too mellow or relaxed due to the GABAergic activity? (I'm already far to mellow).
There's more that you've written about niacinamide since you got back from vacation but I can't seem to find it... so I don't remember if this is all that I wanted to ask you about it. Do you remember who you replied to about this or what you said so I can find that post? You've only been back a day - don't know why I can't find it. If not, I'm sure the issue will surface again in the future.

I'd set the upper limit at around 2,000 mg/day.

It might make you more mellow, but maybe that's the West Coast thingie?
