I found that celexa (lexapro cousin) caused no sexual dysfunction at first, but after a few months it really started to affect me there.
SSRI's can slowly lower dopamine over the months, which may effect your desire or perhaps your confidence.
Just an Idea.

>If you are talking about delayed orgasm, it will be the Lexapro, you will also find that other SSRI's will do it too. I find that 5-HT2A antagonists cure most SSRI side effects, but you have to take them daily as they are initially sedating. Remeron, Trazodone & Nortriptyline are good to add or you could possibly switch Depakote to Zyprexa if you didn't want to add another med.
