There are very knowledgeable people there.
If I were to go the omega route, I would shoot for 2 grams a day of EPA (the important component) to seriously test the idea. I'm sure you will find varying opinions on this though. Some people will go 1 gram, others will go 6 grams.

I just have a tiny amount, I take a tablet that has 500mg of Fish oil combined with 500mg of Glucosamine. I think these two supplements are actual medicine rather than 'alternate medicine'.
