WILL REDUCING MY MED INCREASE LIBIDO ?

Anyone on here ever reduce there med, or cut back the dosage and get an increase in libido ?
I have done reserach today, and saw one guy say carefully scaling back can give you a libido but still benefit you therapeautically for depression and anxiety. Any genuine thoughts on this approach very much needed. I want desire for sex again. On my reg dose of Serzone/Nefazodone virtually none. but when down 20mg increased libido and sensations in my private again. Can you take Ginkgo Biloba with Serzone/Nefazodone ?
