I am curious about over does information. I take 300mg a day. At around 1pm. Accidently, i took another dose of 300mg at 10:30pm. Equaling 600mgs today. I have read that double doses with Effexor XR do not really happen? Or something like that. I am wondering if i should be concerned?

I did the exact same thing about 3 days ago. Weird...Same doseage and everything.
Anyway - I called my pharmacist and he said that unless I start to feel dizzy, numb or my heart begins to race, I should be fine. I did think my heart was beating a little fast but that sort of calmed down after a few hours. I just took half my doseage the next day, 150mg, just to keep my levels going. But hey, I feel fine now and I hope you will too!Take Care,
