I take 80 mg and know some people who go as high as 120. Some pdocs believe you have to get up to 60 mg to get the full effect. But if 40 mg is working for you then just stick with it and consider yourself lucky!

Is it possible that only 10 mg works for me or is it all in my head (placebo effect)? Also, does prozac effect anyones sleep? I haven't had a good nights sleep since starting or is that the anxiety? So many questions...

A lot of people do fine on doses over 100 mg per day.
