Is going on AP monotherapy a safe thing to try? I have a feeling I would be successful, but what of the long term effects and the possible withdrawal if therapy needed to be stopped? I know it will help me now, but I worry that it will be an improvement that is unstable in the face of time. Does anyone else have similar sentiments on antipsychotic therapy?

What is your diagnosis and what have you tried in the past?
