I started Ritalin 10mg recently at 3 pills at morning,2 in afternoon.I don,t like the"up then down"feeling the dosing creates,so we may try Concerta again.I tried it a while back and although the delivery is smoother,it seemed to fizzle out after 6-8 hrs.Is it common to do twice-a-day dosing effectively? Hi Festus,
My pdoc says some people need to take Concerta twice a day. I dont know if it is common though. I havent seen any posts where anyone is taking it twice daily.Ive been on Concerta for almost a month. My pdoc and I are still figuring out dosing and what not. Im currently on 27 in the morning.We may have to try 2, 18mgs next. I seem to metabolize drugs & everything quickly.
