I mean Tylenol can ruin your liver if you take xxx extra strengths at one shot. But look at this Data I found -----> Seven overdoses of nefazodone have been reported. The highest reported overdose was xxx mg. In some cases nefazodone was taken along with alcohol and/or other medications. All seven people who took an overdose recovered. I mean cmon, these lawyers etc. have made it sound like this is the DEADLIEST drug in the world, and if you take one your liver is going down. SERZONE and NEFAZODONE got a bad RAP. Please users, stand firm for your right to keep using it as long as you understand the risk !!!

Hi Tony C.:
I am ALWAYS happy to see your name/post emphasizing 'the safety' of Serzone/Nefadozone. I just wonder why in the world P.C. group needs to interfere with this med. First of all, it's a 'GOOD' med. for us, many of 'long-term' users.
For instance, .... in my case, there is/are NOT many anti-deps. to choose from, because I'm quite allergic to SSRIs. Practically, .... Serzone is a 'Life-Saver,' although I'm also happy on Wellbutrin sr. However, WB sr is a sort of 'stimulant,' then Serzone helps S.E.s from WB. For me, WB sr and Serzone combo. is the best AD combo. Probably, .... there is/are other AD like Serzone on the market, ... however I'm very skeptical to find a 'GOOD' AD med. that is close to Serzone in chemistry components.

I'd prefer for the specifics of overdoses not to be posted, thanks.

Dear Dr. Bob, I agree with you 100% and am sorry it slipped my mind, I honestly forgot that that would not be a good point to make here. Sorry, it will NEVER happen again.I tried to make a point, and a valid one, but forgot about how some people may be in pain.
