Hi all,
I am new here..I am writing because I just switched from 30mg of paxil to 10 mg of lexapro 2 weeks ago, I havebeen feelingmore depressed, violent, etc (no I havent harmed anyone)
Is it ME or is it the lexapro? I am so confused.Sammyjo

antidepressants act differently w/ diff people.
I for instance can NOT take Effexor it makes me violete and unstable and just it wasnt good.
I was on celexa 60mg at one time and was switched this year to only 10 mg lexapro and just last week upped to 20mg-If this drug isnt working CALL your DOC ASAP and get a switch tell them your symtoms like NOW.that is my advice-you might get better from others here however

I haven't noticed any of those feelings on Lexapro (I take 20 mg a day) but you should definitely tell your doctor.
