i.am.feeling.panciky.again..i.amlooking.at.5mg.of.valuim.here.doc.said.i.will.be.ok.taking,it..with.remeron.30mg....i.am.scared...but.to.panicky.to.do.anything.else.my.chest.still.hurts..and.i.am.freaking...help..plse..

Take the valium. It is common to feel afraid of the meds I was too. You are not alone. There are so many of us out here that know the pain of anxiety and panic attacks. Trust your doc take your pill and start your relaxation deep breathing is the fastest way I know too calm down. all the techniques take practice. Hope and help for your nerves by Dr Claire Weeks is an excellent easy to read book on the subject and very comforting.

>Take it, you will be fine. I've had a lot more than 5mg with my 30mg of Remeron & had no drama. Benzos are only bad when combined with things that depress respiration such as Opiates, Barbiturates or Alcohol. Just avoid operating heavy machinery or driving & you will be fine. :)

thankyou guys...i had another full blown attack lastnight.. so i just took 5mg of valium as soon as i woke up... its all anxiety isnt it... bad bad bad wish it would go away and leave me :( ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!
