After LOOPS posted a question about Midazolam, I decided to do a Google search for websites about it, and came across this incredible site that lists all the drugs that the FDA has put up red flags about.
It's called 2002 Safety Alerts for Drugs, Biologics, Medical Devices and Dietary Supplements, with the latest update in 2003.
The address is: www.fda.gov/medwatch/safety/2002
It's the kind of "bulletin board" in which you hope your medication is NOT listed!

www.fda.gov/medwatch/safety.htm instead, and you can go from there to any year (current included)...and for those of you taking kava, get a hep panel and see
www.fda.gov/medwatch/SAFETY/2002/safety02.htm#kava for clarification....best, chemist
