I just recently added pindolol 10mg at breakfast to my Lexapro 10mg. In "theory", this should help the Lexapro. So far everything seems fine, but it's only been a day. Has anyone had [great] success adding Pindolol? Did it make the meds work "better"??

I think the contention is that pindolol allows someone to glean an improvement earlier in treatment - "hastening" an antidepressant effect but not improving it.

I added 15mg/day Pindolol to 90mg Nardil and 5 mg Zyprexa. within 3 days I was on my bed depressed as hell! Everyone is different but...I dont seem to be able to tolerate too many meds at any one time, esp when they are at higher dosesGood luck anyhow!
