Tried Paxil and Zoloft --- What now????

Hello:

Haven't post here for awhile cause things have been pretty good (and I've actually been productive for a change). Anyway, I have a combination of SAD/ADD/OCD. I can't take paxil b/c it makes my ADHD go off the charts. Treating my ADD with Adderall has really helped my ADD & SAD. I was hoping the Zoloft I was taking would alleviate the OCD, but it seems to be getting worse. Plus, I'm not sure if the Z is helping at all with the SAD (since I think the Adderall is giving me most of my help there).
So as far as my OCD, what do you think I should look into next? Oh I tried Lexapro too, and it made me tired (which may not be a problem now that I take Adderall though).

Any thoughts??

How about Clomipramine at night & Adderall as normal.
