Effexor Withdrawal? Feeling fluish

Posted by Englebrite on March 29, 2004, at 21:25:36

I had to go off Effexor XR and I feel like I have the flu. You know, the runs, aching all over, feeling like I need to lay down. I was only on 37.5 mg for one week. I stopped last Thurs.
I'm wondering if this is a withdrawal symptom or something else?

I don't know, I've heard of effexor having terrible withdrawls. I miss a pill for just one day, and my heart races. And I'm only on the next dosage up from you.

> most likely mild withdrawl- 37.5 mg should'nt stay in your system too long!
