Strattrea-may me feel like a million bucks. However, my erections we like aweful and my orgasiums were almost painful at times. And if they were not painful they were weak and not satisfying. Help any idea's? Doctor changed me to Retilin but I feel like I did before with all the symptoms of Adult ADHD. I know this is a sensitive subject but, you have to admit when your private area is not working right you kind of panic ! hehe

I had very good luck adding an alpha-1 blocker to counteract the painful orgasms I suffered on some of the tricyclics I tried, as well as Strattera. I had no idea an orgasm could be so wonderful and comfortable. These drugs also seem to definitely facilitate erections. The first one I tried was Flomax, which worked very well but is a $50 copay on my new insurance this year (this for a drug that costs $70/month for one pill a day--how intelligent is that?). I am in the process of switching to doxazosin, which is a generic and is only a $10 copay on my current insurance.Todd
