does anybody take symbyax??? has anyone taken phycological testing, including the first thing that comes to your mind when looking at ink spots? my pdoc is at a loss as how to help me and is recommending these. any experinces would be much appreciated!

I have taken both prozac and zyprexa at the same time (which is pretty much the equivalent of the medication you are asking about...your medication is a combination of the two in one pill). The two, when combined, are supposed to help with bipolar symptoms and some pdocs use them off label for traditional major depression. Also, it may help with manias and impulsivity in some patients.
Also, I have taken the Rorschach, ink blot test, to which you refer. If your psychiatrist is suggesting psychological testing I would say go and ahead and do it. It certainly can't hurt anything. It might give your MD greater insight into what you are experiencing and help with your further treatment.
