I just wanted to say that. Having suffered severed depression since June of 2003 and trying Prozac and Effexor without any success, I began the Wellbutrin in November of 2003. Prior to the dpression, I was very active. I would exercise 4-5 times a week. I would DO things. But once the depression hit, I didn't even want to get out of bed in the morning. The Effexor caused me to gain 20 pounds so I stopped taking it (I lost a lot of weight prior to the depression and wasn't about to gain anymore back) and once I stopped, the depression came back.
Anyway-the Wellbutrin brought me back. I just wanted to say that. Even though I know everyone is different, it worked for me and I am so glad for it.
I have since been diagnosised with Bipolar Disorder II and began taking Topamax as a mood stablizer (time will tell if it will work).

I'm glad to hear that it's working for you.
Would you mind if I asked which version you're taking along with the dose? I really haven't noticed a difference on XL 150.
This is the end of the thread.
