Has anybody had any success in counteracting the negative sexual side effects of prozac? It is seriously affecting my marriage. Any suggestions other than Welbutrin would be so appreciated. I'm losing hope here.

Why do you say "other than WB"?
Wellbutrin works very well for most people. it has for me, and I'm on Effexor...

Wellbutrin caused me irritability and I end up biting peoples heads off. I am on a low dose again and trying it one more time.

Yeah, I understand, it can do that, but I've found that I can take a very low dose, splitting a 75mg pill in half and get some benefit.
You could also try ginko bilboa. It's supposed to improve circulation, which is a big part of sexual arrousal.
Good luck!

I have read something good about yohimbine (I hope the spelling it's right) to counteract the side effects of Prozac. Another option could be switch to a different SSRI. I didn't have sexual problems with Celexa for example.
