I need some advice. 4 weeks ago I went off Zoloft and added Klonopin (for the anxiety the Zoloft USED to control, before it seemed to poop out). Felt fine for the first couple of weeks. For the past week or so I have been a mess. Cry at the drop of a hat, things are getting to me that normally don't and I am very agitated. Could this be withdrawel symptoms? I was on the Zoloft, 50 mgs. for about a year and a half. Used it for anxiety mostly. I also take Remeron 30 mgs, Lamictal 100 mgs., and Restoril 15 mgs.

very possibly. DId you taper off? Did you go for a week or two on 25? and even to 12.5? Low dose doesn't mean your body took nothing.
Crying at a drop of a hat is symptomatic of SSRI discontinuation syndrome. That would happen to me on like day 3 or 4 when I for whatever reason did not take my zoloft {150mg}. That was a very characteristic symptom I recall for me 5.5 years ago.

If you felt fine the first couple of weeks after stopping the zoloft, I doubt your current exacerbation is from stopping the zoloft. Withdrawal starts about day 3 to 5 after stopping an ssri (except prozac due to longer half-life) I would talk with you pdoc about possibly increasing the lamictal to help stabilize your moods. 100mg may be too low a dose for you. Increasing it will help augment the remeron. Lamictal is an excellent drug for me. I take 200mg amd 150mg of effexor. Hope this helps.
