Do you think that taking inostiol with lithium would reduce/eliminate its effects on BDNF
I know that lithium reduces mania by reducing inostiol levels.

At least according to some article & diagrams i looked at just last week or so, lithium's positive effects on BDNF are supposedly an indirect result of inositol depletion. i was disappointed to see this because i like to take inositol and thought it would be "good" for my brain, but now i'm wondering if it might actually inhibit neural regeneration and what not. Sucks.
By the way, good luck with everything. i really hope you feel better.
