I am writing at 3:00 am and wondering if I am in the "nadir" of wellbutrin SR, and if that is causing me to be wide awake at this hour most days.
I took 200 mgs at around noon and another 200 at about 4 pm.I am thinking that if I have an idea of when the drug is at its peak then I can calculate when to take it better.
I don't have a "routine" at present, so I can't just say "OK, I will take it here and here".
Thanks,
Diane

I don't know the answer. Maybe someone else does. But I would guess that you should try taking each dose a few hours earlier.

------------I find that the XL peaks at about 6 hours after ingestion, give or take an hour. The SR comes on sooner, iirc. I was only on SR for a month, but I recall it peaking more quickly.
