There seems to be a pattern: When I drink the next few days I urinate very little and I feel very fatuied. It's not a hang over because I'm not drinking enough for it to be a hang over. What I think maybe happening is that my kidneys dont have enough water to flush out the meds I'm taking and they are building up to high enough levels to cause drowsiness.
Anyone else with a sililar experience?

Well my PCP said that my benzo and ssri can cause low blood pressure which can cause light headedness and that its good to drink more water. She may also have said they make you need more water . No big deal but Id just increase water. Also even a LITTLE alcohol can be bad with these drugs. Most of them are ssris and etc say no alcohol.
