zoloft helped my anxiety aooo much i was so bad that i couldnt even leave the house for a while.... however, it doesnt start working for a couple months( well for me anyway)... i was on 50 mg for a while and that helped...then 75 for a while too.... good luck!

thanks for your input. in what way did it help your anxiety? did it go away for good. i am taking it for severe phobia of blood. when i hear about it, see it, or anything like that i will pass out. i cant avoid it because exercise science is my major in college, and we deal with a lot of blood. i started at 25 mg a week ago. i also have the 50mgs. i dont remember when my doctor told me when to increase the dose to 50mg. is it after a week, or is it 2 weeks. i just want this panic to go away. i am taking xanax as well, which has helped alot for my panic, but nothing for my phobia. thanks again for your advice, it helps alot.
