Among the newer APs, risperidone is the only one that significantly increases prolactin levels....directly contributing to the side effect you describe, often in as little as six weeks time.
The following have no effect on prolactin, or lower it: clozapine, olanzapine, quetiapine, ziprasidone and aripiprazole.
