I've been on 10mg of lexapro for about a year. I feel like crap. Anxiety and depression and derealization off the charts. I won't have insurance until the new year, about month and a half. If I have enough to last, should I switch to 20mgs?
I also just started Nortriptyline about a week and a half ago and all I feel is tired.
Would it be better to be on less when I am able to see a new doc (so that I wouldn't have to wean off for a while), or maintain everything until.
Thanks for the help.

The lex may have a discontinuation syndrome so don't quit cold turkey (just IMO). Nortriptyline is cheap and may succeed where Lexapro failed so you should give it a reasonable trial.
This is the end of the thread.
