I figured I was in the clear when the Prozac (20mg) began working so great for me after only a couple weeks, w/o any side effects. All five other SSRIs presented adverse effects symptoms long before providing relief, so I guess I just wasn't expecting this.
Granted the side effects aren't nearly up to par with those I experienced from Paxil, Luvox, Zoloft and Celexa. Just a little mental fog and mild sexual dysfunction. Of course I'd like to nip this in the bud at my next pdoc appointment on Wednesday, so I am considering Sinemet (carbidopa-levodopa) to correct this. I'd rather wait on trying more of the dopamine-agonists following my experience with Mirapex. I also plan on lowering my Adderall XR dosage from 30mg to 20-25mg with the addition of Sinemet due to the increased dopaminergic activity.
Any opinions?
